Inspired by the exhibition The Color Woodcut in Vienna around 1900, which was on view at the Albertina Museum, BUREAU KIES collaborated on an animalistic collection with the fashion label Sightline.
For this project at the interface of fashion and art, BUREAU KIES has chosen wild animals as motifs, which the modernist painter and illustrator Ludwig Heinrich Jungnickel depicted at the turn of the century on behalf of the Austrian emperor.

»....It was important to us to interpret the animals of Schönbrunn Zoo in the same modern way as Jungnickel had depicted them more than a hundred years ago....«
The campaign for the collection was photographed by BUREAU KIES in the Desert House at Schönbrunn Zoo.
Parts of the collection were digitally enhanced with the augmented reality app Artivive and can be experienced virtually with a smartphone.
The collection was presented in selected fashion showrooms in Vienna, Paris and Tokyo.
